Role Summary
This role is key to elevating our digital presence, driving targeted campaigns with lead generation focus, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives across platforms. With a hands-on approach and strong digital acumen, you will enhance campaign execution, marketing automation, and customer engagement helping us move faster and smarter in a competitive B2B environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Management
- Own and manage our digital marketing platforms including HubSpot, Scompler, and website content/landing pages (e.g., planetMondi).
- Set up and publish content and campaigns across digital channels.
- Create and maintain KPI-aligned performance reports for all digital marketing platforms.
- Improve reporting and analytics capabilities to support data-driven decisions.
- Develop and optimise email marketing activities, including A/B testing and segmentation to improve open/click rates.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Support the development and roll-out of targeted marketing campaigns with a strong lead generation.
- Shorten campaign time-to-market through improved processes and coordination.
- Contribute to social media growth and consistency, including content publication (e.g., bi-weekly posts with enhanced visuals and messaging).
Product Marketing Support
- Maintain and update marketing materials including product data sheets, portfolios, and visual assets as required.
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Manage and optimise HubSpot usage across the team.
- Set up automated workflows to improve lead nurturing, customer segmentation, and alert systems.
Events & Customer Engagement
- Provide operational support in the planning and execution of internal and external customer-facing events.
- Support the roll-out of new regional customer/prospect events.
Strategic Campaigns
- Lead the full execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for our top 10 key accounts (regional and international), including tailored content development and targeted outreach.
Your Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or B2B marketing roles, preferably in an industrial or eCommerce setting.
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Scompler, and CMS tools for website content/landing pages.
- Strong knowledge of digital campaign execution, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies, marketing automation workflows, and CRM integration.
- Solid project management and coordination skills, particularly around campaign roll-outs and event organisation.
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders through clear, logical, and audience-appropriate arguments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).

- We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 42,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
