We are looking for Print Expert to our location in Germany

The Print Expert (f/m/x) will play a key role in shaping the future of our print operations by continuously developing our technologies, driving innovation, and integrating new processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. With a strong focus on enabling superior customer experience, this role bridges client needs with our company’s technological capabilities, ensuring seamless alignment and long-term competitiveness. By combining expertise in print with forward-looking approaches such as process optimization and AI integration, the Print Manager strengthens both customer value and the strategic position of our business.

Your mission:

Customer Experience Enablement:

  • Ensure print technologies are applied to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions that address customer needs.
  • Act as a bridge between sales and operations to translate client requirements into technical print solutions.

Technology Advancement:

  • Continuously developing and refine print technologies to maintain leadership in innovation and operational excellence.
  • Explore and integrate new methods, including AI-driven enhancements, to strengthen capabilities.

Process Optimization & Integration:

  • Drive efficiency through workflow optimization, automation, and the introduction of new print processes.
  • Ensure scalability and consistency across all print operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with sales teams to align print solutions with business goals and customer strategies.
  • Work with R&D, operations, and sustainability experts to ensure technologies are future-ready and compliant with standards.

Training & Knowledge Sharing:

  • Provide expertise and guidance to sales teams on print capabilities and opportunities.
  • Share insights on print innovations, trends, and best practices across the organization.

External Partnerships:

  • Collaborate with technology providers, universities, and industry associations to identify and adopt new developments.
  • Strengthen the company’s network to stay ahead of technological and market shifts.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Engineering, Packaging Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in print management, technology development, or related roles.
  • Expertise in digital, flexographic, or offset printing, with knowledge of process optimization and automation.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into innovative, high-quality print solutions.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in German; English beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop relationships and networks across levels and functions
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving sustainable results, hands-on approach and taking ownership of decisions
  • Analytical mind-set, able to grasp the high-level picture while keeping the relevant level of details
  • Willingness to maintain a strong presence on site at our newly acquired operations in Germany
