The Regional Marketing Specialist is responsible for designing and executing targeted B2B campaigns and events to drive lead generation, strengthen customer relationships, and support the commercial organization. This role involves executing multi-channel campaigns and collaborating with Sales & Technical teams across 16 Corrugated Solutions plants in Central Europe.
Your mission:
- Market Analysis & Insights:
- Gather customer and sales feedback to inform campaign themes and identify engagement opportunities
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on lead generation and ROI
- Marketing Campaigns & Promotions:
- Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel campaigns (digital and offline, e.g. HubSpot, events, webinars) tailored to commercial priorities
- Coordinate trade shows, customer events, and workshops (e.g. ThinBox) to strengthen brand presence and loyalty
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager in Vienna to adapt and implement centrally developed automation journeys and CRM content
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO strategy, website optimization, and social media engagement in close collaboration with the Central Marketing team
- Collaboration with Sales Team & Technical Teams:
- Develop tailored sales enablement materials and toolkits (presentations, brochures, videos)
- Support commercial colleagues with campaign execution and customer engagement tools
- Content Development:
- Create impactful regional content (e.g. customer success stories) in alignment with central marketing team and social media team
- Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track KPIs for campaigns and events; share insights with the sales and marketing leadership teams.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Packaging Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in product marketing within packaging or related industries
- Excellent command of German and good English skills
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse cultural contexts.
- Ideally: Experienced with product of corrugated packaging and manufacturing processes.
- Strategic Thinking: ability to analyse market trends and align those with overall business goals to drive sustainable growth
- Market & Customer Orientation: ability to anticipate needs and identify opportunities and deliver value driven solutions
- Creativity & Innovation: enabling colleagues in the plants to identify patterns, new ideas, creative and innovative solutions, thinking out of the box and challenging the status quo
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the Corrugated Solutions plants
- Analytical Skills: ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate communication initiatives effectively
- Proactivity, innovation, capability of translating technical product features into compelling value propositions that resonate across diverse markets.
- Regular travel within the region to customer sites, trade shows, and company offices.
