Your Mission

  • Management and development of the domestic market for the Paper Bags business segment, with a focus on value-added solutions for industrial clients.
  • Responsible for scouting new clients (approximately 50% of the time) and managing an existing client portfolio (approximately 50% of the time), ensuring sustainable growth and client loyalty.
  • Coordination and motivation of a team of 3 people, fostering professional development and achievement of objectives.
  • Accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and domestic market performance, using CRM tools and monthly reports.
  • Direct reporting to the Sales Director, collaborating on the definition of commercial strategies.
  • Promotion of the adoption of sustainable products among both existing and new clients.
  • Representation of the company at trade fairs and industry events, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Active participation in training programmes on products, innovations, and sales tools.

Your Profile

  • Degree (preferably in technical or economic disciplines).
  • At least 10 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably paper, with at least 5 years as a people manager.
  • Background in multinational environments, with adaptability and proven success both personally and as a team in complex settings.
  • Native Italian speaker and fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within Italy.
