Your mission: 

  • Lead project and work streams in the areas of operations within the Group Operations Team
  • Identify opportunities and bring focus in areas such as operational strategy/production efficiency production systems, process improvements, productivity enhancements, quality/waste optimisation, reliability
  • Provide technical and managerial content 
  • Communicate project results to stakeholders effectively
  • Enable effective change to support the transformation efforts within our production network/plants

Your profile:

  • University degree in a technical or economic discipline, MBA is considered a plus
  • 6+ years of professional experience with focus on operations management and/or consulting
  • Extensive experience with Integrated Work System (IWS)
  • Experienced in project management with a structured approach
  • Solid business understanding and effective communication, including intercultural competence
  • Process-oriented with problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%
