In this important role, the project manager will support the implementation and development of core supply chain tools and standards, ensure consistent usage of systems across the organization and drive analytical insights to improve decision making. Close collaboration with regional supply chain teams, plants and central functions will be essential to successfully implement improvements and ensure alignment across the network.

The role will also contribute to the development of the S&OP framework in Corrugated Solutions and support further rollouts of forecasting and demand planning tools based on agreed steering committee priorities.

In addition, the position will support and lead selected regional supply chain excellence projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of supply chain performance across the segment.

  • Support the onboarding of new Supply Chain Managers in plants regarding Board Grade Management processes and system usage.
  • Perform regular health checks with low-performing plants (e.g. one per region) to identify improvement opportunities and support corrective actions.
  • Further develop and maintain “must have” functionalities within the Board Grade tool environment.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of Board Grade statistics, including end-use applications and cluster analysis.
  • Prepare and share monthly Board Grade performance statistics to create transparency and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

Support the further development and implementation of the S&OP process within Corrugated Solutions.

  • Drive the further rollout of SAC-based sales forecasting in line with Steering Committee agreements.
  • Evaluate forecast accuracy and process usage in the context of paper demand planning.
  • Support the design and conceptual development of a paper demand planning tool, depending on the results of forecast accuracy evaluations.
  • Collaborate with regional and central teams to strengthen demand transparency and planning reliability.

Supply Chain Excellence Projects

Support and lead selected regional supply chain excellence projects across Corrugated Solutions.

  • Identify improvement opportunities within supply chain processes together with regional teams.
  • Drive projects aiming to improve process transparency, data usage and digital tool adoption.
  • Support cross-regional collaboration and knowledge exchange to ensure best practice sharing.

Our Requirements

  • Project management skills and experience in cross-functional environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with SAP / S4 systems
