Your mission:
Lead our supply chain departments (procurement, logistics, technical service, production planning and design & development - 50 employees) with a people-centric and hands-on leadership style, fostering collaboration and capability development
Secure succession planning through active knowledge transfer and team empowerment
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and adapted to local market dynamics
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient, customer-oriented processes across operations, production, and logistics
Use KPI analysis to identify improvement opportunities and share best practices across the regional network
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships that meet plant needs in terms of quality, reliability, and cost
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
7+ years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in a production or converting environment
3+ years of leadership experience with proven ability to lead diverse teams
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and supply chain systems
Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both German and English
Collaborative team player with a structured, hands-on mindset and drive to move things forward
Motivated to deliver real impact through efficient, reliable, and scalable supply chain solutions
