Job title: Total Rewards Intern – 12 month contract

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Total Rewards team for a 12-month placement. This role offers hands-on experience supporting compensation, benefits, and reward-related activities, with a strong focus on data accuracy, Excel-based analysis, and operational support.
Your Mission:
- Assist with data validation and quality checks across compensation datasets
- Use Excel to review, clean, and maintain large data sets (e.g., formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and internal presentations
- Help maintain employee reward data in HR systems and ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist in benchmarking and market data analysis for compensation reviews
- Provide administrative support for reward cycles (e.g., salary reviews, bonus processes)
- Document processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency
Your Profile:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data validation, formulas, basic analysis)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
- Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn
