Job title: Total Rewards Project Leader
Business Segment: Human Resources
Location: Any Mondi location within Europe
Purpose of the Role
To design, deliver Mondi’s key Total Rewards initiatives—including mobility, Sales Incentives, Mondi Cash Bonus, M&A support and TR transformation—ensuring solutions are business-ready, consistently executed, and fully aligned with Mondi’s global Total Rewards frameworks and strategic priorities.
Your Mission
- Lead development and governance of Mondi’s global mobility strategy, policies, and frameworks.
- Design and support implementation of sales incentive plans in partnership with Business and Finance.
- Provide Total Rewards support for M&A activities, including due diligence, harmonization decisions, and post-deal integration.
- Govern the Mondi Cash Bonus Plan, driving plan design updates, securing stakeholder approvals, and leading implementation and deployment.
- Lead ad-hoc strategic Total Rewards initiatives in response to business needs, market trends, or organizational priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Tax, Legal, HRIS and Payroll to ensure aligned policy, compliant execution and efficient delivery.
- Lead change management and rollout of TR programs, including communications, playbooks, training and capability building for HR and business leaders.
- Support the Group TR Leader by delivering key TR transformation projects.
Your Profile
- 10+ years’ experience in Total Rewards, HR, or large-scale HR project delivery
- Proven experience in mobility, sales incentive/variable pay design, and M&A support
- Strong grounding in compensation fundamentals, pay governance, and analytics
- Excellent project/programme management and stakeholder influencing skills
- Collaborative partner able to work effectively across HR, Finance and business leadership
- Enterprise-first mindset, with sound judgement and confidence to uphold guardrails
- Detail-oriented, disciplined and execution-focused working style
- Proactive and comfortable operating in ambiguity
Languages:
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- German and/or other language would be an advantage
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
