How long does the apprenticeship take?
The duration of the training is 3.5 years.
What requirements do I need to meet?
Your school diploma, an interest in technical processes, and the ability to work in a team are important prerequisites. Depending on the profession, additional requirements may apply, which are explained in the respective job posting. We recommend doing an internship or a taster day.
Can I undertake an apprenticeship alongside my A-levels?
Yes, you can complete an apprenticeship with a high school diploma (Matura) with us; this is possible in the fields of metal technology and electrical engineering. However, it is not offered in paper technology due to the requirements and the workload during the apprenticeship.
What does everyday life as an apprentice look like – which vocational schools are attended?
You will get to know our work processes and departments very well and gain valuable practical experience – a varied daily routine that prepares you optimally for your professional future.

How are working hours organized and how is it ensured that they are compatible with school?
Our apprentices greatly appreciate the working hours, which apply to all apprenticeships: from 6am to 2pm.
What support will I receive during my apprenticeship?
Our apprenticeship coordinators provide extensive guidance throughout your training. In addition to the technical education at vocational schools, there is regular feedback and internal training opportunities. Each apprentice is accompanied by an experienced trainer who ensures individual support and provides regular feedback.
Can I do an internship or taster experience before the apprenticeship?
Absolutely! We offer internships, summer jobs, and taster experiences, giving you a first insight into our working environment and the various areas of activity. You can upload your CV and a cover letter online on our website to apply.
