We know that high-quality paper packaging starts with the right paper. Ad/Vantage Smooth Brown Semi Extensible is made of 100% unbleached fresh fibres from softwood. Available in 80gsm it is stretchable kraft paper that also offers high strength, good burst strength, tear resistance and excellent printability.
The base paper to your packaging possibilities
These unique paper properties make Ad/Vantage Smooth Brown Semi Extensible ideally suited as a high-performance base paper for coated and heat sealable packaging solutions. Its calandered surface ensures excellent coating coverage and adhesion. At the same time, its smooth surface delivers superiorprintability – a clear advantage over natural brown papers with rougher surface textures. It’s mechanical strength, puncture resistance is suitable for form-fill-and-seal (FFS) packaging used for sharp-edged or heavy items such as toys and dry food, spare parts and building materials, and other packaging solutions.
Strong Sustainability Credentials
Made from responsibly sourced fresh fibres, Ad/Vantage Smooth Brown Semi Extensible as a paper substrate is recyclable in EU paper recycling streams, verified using the 4EG recyclability evaluation protocol (CEPI test method). The solution is designed to run on existing converting and filling lines, supporting process efficiency and consistent performance.
