Role Summary:
Reporting to the country Finance & IT Director, we are looking for a high-potential Industrial Controller to join our team and play a key role in driving financial performance across our industrial operations (2 plants).
This is not just a reporting role, you will act as a true business partner, working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Management to challenge decisions, improve profitability, and ensure data-driven performance.
You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of cost data, analysing margins and variances, and identifying opportunities to optimize efficiency and profitability across the business.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly industrial closing and performance analysis
- Monitor and analyse production costs, margins, and profitability (including customer profitability)
- Perform detailed variance analysis (price, volume, mix, efficiency)
- Drive the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecast cycles
- Control and optimize inventory, provisions, and working capital
- Support and challenge operations on manufacturing deviations and cost efficiency
- Manage and track CAPEX and investment performance
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting to HQ and collaborate with international teams
- Act as a business partner to production, supply chain, and maintenance teams
- Ensure data quality, internal controls, and compliance with corporate policies
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives in financial and operational processes
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar
- 4–5 years of experience in Controlling within a multinational industrial/manufacturing environment or experience in Audit (Big Four) with strong exposure to industrial clients
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and industrial controlling
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Solid understanding of manufacturing KPIs and margin analysis
- Experience in inventory and working capital management
- Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
- Proficient SAP/ADv/Excel/BI tools
- English and Spanish (oral, written), mandatory
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Proactive, results-oriented professional with a high sense of urgency and strong commitment to meeting reporting deadlines
- Ability to deliver accurate and timely reports under pressure while maintaining high quality standards
