In combination with the materials used, the packaging design delivers maximum product safety and sustainability without the need for protective components made from fossil-based materials.
Perfect protection
Our ingenious packaging solution, consisting of a corrugated cardboard box, accessory holders and flexible paper protective bags and wraps, offers maximum transport security even for single-piece distribution by postal or forwarding services.
Easy logistics
The BikeBox is supplied flat to save space and reduce storage expenses. It's easily assembled, and pre-assembled options exist too. The use of optimal corrugated cardboard ensures durability in diverse applications. Reclosable clips secure the contents, and the box’s optimised dimensions avoid oversize surcharges.
Intelligent
Thanks to clever fixings, the BikeBox is highly versatile when it comes to stowing accessories. It also features a handy adhesive closure for bags and cable guides. The clip system allows unrestricted box access, ensuring effortless unpacking by dealers and users. Tailored variations and custom printing are available.
Low impact
Flexible paper sleeves and wraps protect frame parts, handlebars and saddles, and offer the breathability required to prevent condensation. The pro-environmental box material is fully recyclable and reduces plastic waste – plastic packaging is completely eliminated from the transport and storage chain.
