Mondi Hammelburg

The production of paper bags began in Karlstadt in 1919. After the company became part of Mondi in 1995, it was relocated to the Hammelburg area and a new plant with innovative internal logistics was built. Here, paper bags solutions are mainly produced for customers in the demanding chemical and food industries. However, the individual requirements of the animal feed and seed industries are also optimally catered for.

The two German industrial bags plants together produce sack solutions for customers from a wide range of sectors such as the cement, construction and chemical industries as well as the food, animal feed and seed industries. Our product portfolio includes highly resistant, fast-filling & air-permeable bags that can be equipped with sophisticated airtight or vacuum closures and barrier layers.
