Your mission:
- Management and support of our gated B2B e-commerce platform, public website and our internal CRM application, in close collaboration with the Sales, Customer Service, and Portfolio Management teams.
- Proactively and independently maintaining multilingual texts, images, and product-related files across all portals to ensure customers always have access to the most up-to-date information
- Incident management with our IT department on all three platforms if issues identified by the internal and/or external users could be reproduced
- Updating platform settings to reflect brand go-lives or phase-outs, as defined by the portfolio management team
- Monitoring interfaces between our various applications to identify and address faulty data flow issues.
- Handling external inquiries by redirecting them to the appropriate contacts, and responding to internal user questions after gaining subject-matter expertise.
- Providing support to the requirements engineer with testing and data maintenance following the implementation of change requests or platform updates.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in a field that fosters analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to develop in-depth knowledge of business processes and products, along with a technical understanding of our applications.
- User-focused approach in addressing technical issues and instances of incorrect application usage.
- Self-driven and proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy in task execution.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer service, and IT.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in German or other European languages are a plus.
