Your mission: 

  • Support in extending and maintaining the Production Solutions knowledge base. 
  • Review and transfer existing documentation into ServiceNow. 
  • Help support local plants in daily operations and shop floor security. 
  • Provide support for other Production Solutions projects (IT/OT convergence, Optima, LLM testing). 

Your profile: 

  • Ongoing studies in IT or engineering discipline. 
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks and governance. 
  • Knowledge of Linux and Container is welcome. 
  • Excellent command of English; German and other languages would be an advantage. 
  • Collaborative and supportive team-player with a proactive approach and “can do” attitude. 
  • Ability to work with timelines and motivation to achieve high quality results. 

Our offer: 

  • Start: to be aligned between student and Mondi; according to school/university holidays (July, August, September) 
  • Location: Group Office Vienna Marxergasse 4a, 1030 Vienna 
  • Duration: limited to 1-2 months 
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week 
  • We offer a compensation package starting at € 26,320 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week)
