Your mission

  • As Legal Counsel reporting to the General Counsel you draft, review, and manage supply, procurement and Capex agreements ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Support in M&A projects, closely working with the internal teams, and external legal counsel, as necessary
  • Assist resolving in contractual claims, closely working with the internal teams, and external legal counsel, as necessary
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on industry-specific regulations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with internal stakeholder, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented approach

Your profile

  • Master degree in law from a reputable institution
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of full-time work experience in a renowned law firm and/or relevant in-house legal department, with focus on contracts and M&A, bar exam preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of corporate law /M&A and commercial agreements
  • Basic knowledge of antitrust law
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and German, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills in complex legal matters

  • Duration: unlimited
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract 
  • We offer a compensation starting at € 60.000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
