Your mission: 

  • Ensuring that maintenance personnel are competent in the use of safe work procedures and promote safety programs

  • Monitoring compliance through internal audits

  • Conducting departmental investigations about incidents and injury, in the light of implementing corrective actions

  • Administering and monitoring tenders for primary maintenance services activities in a coordinated way with Purchasing Department

  • Identifing opportunities to improve the entire maintenance process and improve effectiveness and efficiency in terms of cost

  • Assessing the maintenance personnel' competencies, expecially through the KPIs, and identify training needs

  • Training and developing maintenance department personnel and holding them accountable for achieving results

  • Supervising and coordinating the processes of planning and scheduling activities

  • Constantly monitoring performance in the light of Plant' budget; taking all the necessary actions to achieve the results set

  • Responsibility for execution of maintenance stops

Your profile: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical
  • Consolidated prior experience in industrial environment expecially in personnel management in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance departments
  • Consolidated previous experience in medium and large size industrial in coordination of maintenance departments mechanical and/or electrical
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian regulations in on Health and Safety in the workplace (Legislative Decree 81/08 and State-Region Agreements)
  • Excellent level of English
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent organization and document management skills
