YOUR MISSION
- Managing daily operations of the paper mill to ensure efficient and safe production.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement production schedules, quality control standards, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and manage a team of supervisors.
- Controlling performance and coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
- Leading process optimization and innovation team to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Represent the mill plant in meetings with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor Science in Engineering
- At least 10 years of plant management role within the packaing industry, preferably paper manufacturing.
- Professional experience with team management
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Strong analytic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP
- Empower the teams to motivate and develop their capability
- Experience in intensive Capex projects, specially in automation ones
- Experience in safety improvement programmes implemented with production teams
- Experience in change management and project management with the cross functions and teams
