Your reponsibilities:
• Your mission is to support the operations in optimizing production and eliminate losses, by analyzing and providing meaningful data & tools, as well as processes and ways of working.
• Together with the operations, you will develop relevant KPIs and available Tools (i.e dashboards), to identify losses as well as suggesting suitable actions for optimization.
• Assesses the feasibility and soundness of proposed solutions' fit to business requirements and corporate IT policies.
• In the defined operational rhythm, you will follow up and analyzing available data and coach the operational team in acting on deviations.
• You will be driving the process of implementing tools and techniques for Continuous improvements, as well as identify improvement potentials in the operation.
• Coordinates planning, organization, and implementation of development projects within the area of Operational Excellence and Continuous improvements.
• To coach and train operators and managers in our operation in relevant tools and ways of working would be part of your duties (I.e support in RCFA investigations)
• You will report to the Operations Director of Mondi Kuopio
Our requirements:
• High analytical skills
• Expertise in process optimization; multivariate data analysis, automation, modelling and digitalization
• Capability to impact and communicate with diverse stakeholders and on all levels of the organization.
• Skilled in applied methodology in CI tools such as Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen
• Result-driven team player
• Ability to work on site on regular basis
Languages:
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Finnish language skills are an additional asset
Education:
• Master of engineering or equivalent degree
Experience:
• 3-5 Years experience in the field of process optimization in pulp and paper production
• 3-5 Years of project management
• 1-3 Experience in CI methodology such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
