Your mission:
- Manage administrative tasks and paperwork efficiently.
- Utilise administrative software to organise and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and record detailed minutes.
- Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries.
- Provide comprehensive support to our the team.
Your profile:
- Currently pursuing studies in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
- Possess excellent English language skills and outstanding telephone etiquette.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills with both visitors and colleagues.
- Exceptional time management capabilities.
Our offer
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Extent: part-time, 20 hours/week
- Duration: limited to 12 months
- Location: Group Office Vienna – Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
- We offer a compensation package starting at € 1,880 gross / month on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
