Adrianna Łobodzińska, BS SHE Manager Containerboard

Adrianna Łobodzińska is our Business Segment SHE Manager Containerboard at Mondi Świecie S.A. (Poland) and started her career very early as an intern in the area of paper production.

“I became interested in Mondi at a student job fair. I sent in my CV and actually received a scholarship. I took my first steps in the mill a couple of years ago as an apprentice in the paper production area. Then I performed tasks as a process engineer in the pulp production and paper machines department where I was involved in quality control and product development work.”

Since 2021 Adrianna is leading the SHE department for our containerboard mills in Świecie (Poland), Powerflute (Finland) and Tire (Türkiye). 

I came across Mondi by…an internship programme, where after initial interviews, I received a scholarship, finished my studies and started my journey with Mondi. 

What I like most about Mondi is…the positive atmosphere across teams at all levels of the organisation. 

What I like most about my career since being graduated is…the possibility you get to learn and develop, turn traditional knowledge into positive and effective changes in the production quality 

My greatest challenge during the beginning of my career was…starting to work as an independent process engineer and, at the same time, solve quality problems and prepare a machine shutdown 

My advice for students that just graduated…be yourself, have your own opinion and be able to create honest and open communication 

My future career path leads me to…further support and consult in SHE topics for my colleagues across Mondi
